Why are the links incorrect after moving to another hosting?

I moved the site to another hosting and ran into a problem that after going to the profile of any user, it gives a 404 error. The domain/id123 link is not correctly written in the address bar, although it should be domain/info.php?id=123 . In hosting support, they answered me "Please check the CNC links in the admin panel of the site" but there is no such thing in the admin panel. Please tell me what could be the problem?

0. Compare the differences in hosting characteristics, for example, maybe you had Apache before and became Ngnix, because what was written in the .htaccess files does not work.
1. look in the .htaccess file located in the root folder or in the profile folders.
2. If everything is exactly ok in the .htaccess files, then look where the links to the CNC itself are formed.
In general, it is better for a designer to remain a designer, for sure you have seen what kind of design programmers create)
ps Give as much information as possible, otherwise the answers will not help.

In code.
Unfortunately, this problem has nothing to do with hosting, PHP, or errors.
This is the problem with the code itself. You need to hire a specialist to understand.
Well, or, as an option - look in the admin panel / settings again.
