In the third version, I edit the recommended product views through the template editor, and the changes are not applied. And after changing other views the next day, they again became default, although there are changes on the site. What to do with it?

The history of OpenCart saves a list of templates that have been modified.
You just need to open the modified template not from the left panel, but in the list of modified files:
