Why are tasks created on missed calls?

Tasks are created with the names "Missed incoming call 7**********" corresponding to the phone numbers from which the call was made. What regular means of cloudy Bitrix24 on the "Tasks+ (2020 archived)" tariff plan can generate tasks?
From telephony applications, "Allo Incognito", "Zadarma" and "Beeline Cloud PBX" are installed. In their settings, I did not find the option responsible for generating tasks.

There was such a problem. It is repaired in the Beeline OATS settings: CRM connector item, integration with Bitrix.
