Actually, I edit the design theme in 1C Bitrix, through the browser - I added / removed the counter, the tags fly off and the site is displayed incorrectly. There is no recovery, what should I do?

Bitrix has protection, there is a native factory module, it seems like a "security scanner".
Simply put, your user has no rights to place tags <script>in the code.
You need to ask the admin to change the rights for your user.
