Why are styles not loading when adding a tweet in Wordpress?

Not so long ago, a new version of Wordpress (4.0) was released. One of the new features: inserting youtube, twitter and other services directly in the visual editor using only a link from the address bar.
I was hoping that this method would not just add the text of the tweet and links to the author and date, but would also wrap it all up in a "standard" Twitter box with a Follow button and stuff, like on their site.
I think, okay, I'll paste the code directly from twitter through the "post a tweet" function, paste it into the post code, the same thing. I've looked all over the internet and can't find the cause. On other sites, this function works correctly, as I could see. What is the reason?

I don’t know what kind of magic, but after 2 hours everything happened by itself.
