Why are styles not displaying properly in Safari (iPhone)?

I made up the page, decided to check for cross-browser compatibility, went from all browsers on the PC, everything is displayed identically, but when I went from the phone through Safari , there was such an incorrect display of styles on the button. Please explain why this is happening and how to fix it?
