Why are strings formatted like this in PhpStorm?

Tell me, already got it all out. Where to set up so that the lines are not terribly wrapped (CTRL + ALT + F)? And then I have fainting spells every day! PHPStorm 9.0

If soft wraps are not needed when the line length limit is reached, then:
Menu View -> Active Editor -> Use soft wraps
If html formatting with attribute wrapping is not needed:
Settings -> Editor -> code Style -> HTML -> Other Wrap attributes: Do not wrapped
