Why is node.js not installed in phpstorm?

I installed node.js from the site, registered the version in the console - 10.15.1
Then I went to run phpshtorm. I integrated node.js, I go to the "Languages ​​and frameworks", "Node.js" section and there I specify the path to node.exe. I click on the "Enable" button and everything ... is not activated. What could be the problem?
