Why are some YouTube videos not playing audio on a standard audio device?

Faced a strange problem: some videos on youtube do not play sound on the speakers (standard playback device).
The problem is observed in Chrome and Firefox, for example in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9c9DYJuVjJA

In this case, if you switch the standard playback device to headphones or monitor speakers, then the sound appears.
Motherboard Asus H87-PRO, speakers are plugged into the rear panel (line out), headphones are in the front panel. The sound on the monitor goes through hdmi from the video card. The problem appeared after I reinstalled Win10 with an upgrade to the Pro version. The system installed the driver itself. The old system had a Realtek HD Audio manager, but it does not want to be installed in the current installation, apparently due to problems with signatures for old drivers.
