Why are some styles not being applied when uploaded to the server?
Made the site. On the local server, the site is displayed normally. But when we upload to the server (production), some css styles are not applied. For example, on the local server, the link is red, and when uploaded to the server, it is blue by default. We compress and minimize the styles through the ground into one file, although I don’t think this is a problem, since the compressed version of css is connected both in local and in production.

So what's stopping you from understanding?
We open a test site, look through the Web Inspector, which styles are applied to the link (the position in the css file of this style, its spelling). We copy the required css selector that is used, go to the combat server, open the resources there through the Web Inspector, look for this selector in the css file.
Next, we act depending on whether the original selector was found in the css file (further, according to the circumstances, we come up with more checks that will help get to the truth)
