Why are some sizes written in the figma, but in the browser, when the layout is applied to pixel perfect, everything is different?

I wrote a block according to the figma, I copied all sizes 1 in 1
After downloading the layout and overlaying it in chrome through pixel perfect, do the sizes differ?
For example, the size avatar in Figma is 60x60px in chrome in pp is already 52x52
. Also, letter spacing in headings often matches only in the first words.
Indents are also between blocks + - 3-5px

In Figma, the dimensions depend on the selected layer. In the browser, it depends on many factors, from font size to border thickness.
Taking dimensions from figma, for pixel perfect , they still have to be adjusted in the browser.
