Why are some sites not opening?
SOME sites do not open in ALL browsers. Opened only through vpn.
At the same time, there is a ping to the sites. As well as tracing.
These sites are not in the RKN registry. (Gaming sites. https://evemarketer.com/ for example)
Cleaned all kinds of cookies / caches. turned off the proxy, cleared the dns cache. what was not done. even AVZ got it =)
The host file is clean. No viruses found. Replacing dns with Google ones does not give any effect either on a PC or on a router.
Connecting l2tp through an asus rt n10u router. Win10. opera, chrome, yandex browser, FF.
Any thoughts?

This is not an answer to the question, but I'll write it anyway.
Dropmifile won't open at work. It soon became clear that it was not opening only from the main provider on all machines in the organization. Correspondence with the provider did not give anything. They say they don't block anything. Ping and tracing also passed. I solved this with a rule on the router that redirects traffic to the desired site through the second provider.
You can, by the way, connect the computer to a shared wi-fi network from the phone, and make sure the computer is the reason or not
try to drive a comparison of the domain and the site's IP address into the hosts file with your hands. If it works, then:
ipconfig / flushdns
then clear the cache everywhere in browsers, and reboot.
At the same time, leave DNS in the router and on your computer - Google or better Yandex.
It seems to me that after replacing the dns, the cache in the router or in the computer remained and that's all.
And the dns provider can be stupid - not necessarily the RKN is to blame
sites are opened from a TV connected to the same router. the problem is in the pc.

Checked by name or by IP?
We have a frequent problem that the name is clear, but the IP is blocked.
