It looks like the problem is in the .env.
See what the environment variable is equal to APP_URL.
In your particular case, it should be equal to https://site.hhos.ru.

Since the file .envis not under the version (in any case, it should be so). You may also be missing the file itself .env. In this case, you need to create it by copying .env.exampleand assigning the values ​​relevant for the server to the environment variables.
