On Laravel, I registered sending text to the mail, will it come if I use a local server?

If I sent a message to Laravel via SMTP, but I use a local server (OpenServer), it will be stored in userdata/temp/mail , and will not come to real mail, right?

Will send via SMTP. Interceptor works for php mail() function
