Why are scripts not included in gulpfile.js?

Why doesn't the magnific-popup plugin work when I enable it with gulp task? And when connected via the script tag in the index.html page, everything works! The path is correct and the task itself is working.

He does this so that at the output he has one scripts.min.js file .. And in fact of the problem - check the paths again .. or try to update the package itself via npm updates
