The last 2 questions have definitely been deleted/deleted.
With what it can be connected? It didn't seem like he was breaking the rules. Maybe the administration was confused by the link to the picture from Yandex disk?

Those. you created a post that looks not like a question but like a challenge for the community to solve.
You explicitly set the task and did not ask what methods/algorithms solve the X task.
Look at your question from the side of the user of the resource, which is not in the subject, whatever you want. The user sees an indistinct screenshot and a task line.
Learn to ask questions in a way that is understandable not only to you but also to others. And of course, it's better to ask a question in such a way that a person who encounters a similar task finds your topic.
