Why are processes disappearing on a Mac?

I am a young switcher - half a year since I switched to MacOS.
I noticed that the processes of many background utilities turn off by themselves.
I want them not to shut down *)
Or at least a scheduler that will monitor the state of some processes and automatically restart them when a process disappears from the list.
MacBooAir 13" middle 2011
Yosemite 10.10.2
1.7 Ghz
4Gb RAM. Missing
processes:
Punto Switcher
HyperSwitch
CleanMyDrive

@Ghool

I can’t say why they disappear (you need to see the patient), but it shouldn’t be like that.

at least a scheduler that will monitor the status of some processes and automatically restart them when a process disappears from the list
