Why are pictures cropped?

I cut out the pictures in png format, and added a stroke to them (as in the layout), but for some reason they are cut off as they should be

The bottom line is that you need a div, put other divs in it, which in turn you make round through css. Well, then you can already place pictures inside the circles.
