Why are photos not displayed in svg files on ios and mac devices (Safari)?

SVG is integrated into the code using the img tag, the svg file is in the root folder. The site does not display photos that are in the svg file.
For example, on the main persollo.com in the first illustration (where your own tiny store is) the gray block with a stroke and a circle is shown, but the photo of a woman inside the circle is not.
In persollo.com/stripe , the blocks are shown, but the screenshots that should have been on top of the blocks are not.
What could be the problem? svg was made in inkscape but exported as plain svg.
