Why are no files showing up when creating a Django project?

Win7x64, Python3.4, Django1.7.
Necessary environment variables are registered in path.
I create a folder, go there (cd c:\...), while in it I run django-admin.py startproject xxx, a folder is created, but it does not contain the necessary .py files! Tell me please, what could be the matter? Thanks in advance!

Yes, nothing, reinstalled, read the forums, nothing helped! With whom I consult, they say: "well, I set it like that, everything works for me")) I apologize for repeating the question, I just want to finally get to the truth)

I have no business with Windows, but try to look at the rights. For example, don't write to the system drive.

Have you tried creating from the folder where django-admin.py is located?

Or you can try using pycharm. Create with it.
Or maybe there are Russian letters in the computer name?
Show the full path where you use the command.
