Why are nginx and apache installed automatically on PC startup?

I remove gninx and apache. The next time you start the PC, it turns out that they are both installed. Why ?

So don't delete it. Show how you do it.
And yes, it would not hurt to indicate the OS and where you are doing all this - behind your PC or behind some VDS that rolls back changes.
