Why are names not shown in the android call list?

When an incoming call, the contact name is shown
When outgoing, the contact name comes out in a second
, but in the list of calls or sms, not all contacts have names
now merged all contacts from the phone \ sim \ google account and combined into one, replaced all 89xxx with + 79xxx
