How to mark up the address of the house in the HTML code in order to natively call the mobile device's navigator and get directions?

Good afternoon!
The following question is of concern:
In the HTML code of the site, you can specify that the phone is a phone, ( +7 (4722) 41-47-43 ), and the mobile device will understand that you need to perform a native action - call.
And how to do the same for the address? So that I could surround the address with appropriate markup, clicking on the address would open the device's default navigator and perform a route from the current point to the desired address.
It is implemented as a widget/service/module for CMS here http://www.clicktex.ru, but are there really no native ways?
Thanks in advance!

@aol-nnov

so learn the details from the native navigator. If he can't, then I don't think so.

I implemented it this way - click
If you log in from your phone, then your geolocation is requested and there is a big "Get route" button. Clumsy, but it works :)
