There is a CarGo Light 2 tracker, it is required by means of PHP (in particular, as I understand the server socket) - to receive data from the tracker. Based on the tracker documentation, all that is known is that the tracker transmits data using the "open TCP protocol". The database is available, the socket server also has an example taken here ( https://www.php.net/manual/en/sockets.examples.php ), the tracker itself is configured, the server address and port are specified, and the following is the result:

He sent his imei and that's it, that is, as I understand it, he expects a response from the server in the form of a command (I could be wrong).
The question can anyone come across with this tracker model, how can I overcome this problem? In which direction to dig? Thanks in advance for any help!
