Why are motherboards not friendly with Windows 7?

I recently bought a Gigabyte B450M H motherboard . And I think that with the purchase I lost a little. The problem is that by installing this motherboard, I cannot fully use Windows 7, only 10. The drivers that come with the motherboard are not compatible with the seven (the error message directly tells me about this). Drivers downloaded from the official site are also not installed for the same reason. Because of which the screen resolution is low, the USB connectors do not work, and I suffer. And only a mouse or keyboard works through PS / 2 and one USB connector (front). I had to switch to Windows 10. But for many reasons, this OS does not suit me.

I thought that the problem is that the motherboard is 2020. And due to the suspension of support for Windows 7, the motherboard also does not fully support the seven. Here is what is written in the specification for this motherboard on the official website:

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Windows 7 64-bit supported*
*Windows 7 64-bit supported only when an AMD Pinnacle Ridge or Summit Ridge processor is installed on the system.

But the same is written in the specification for motherboards in 2018, when the seven was still supported.

As a result, I would like to understand:
1) why did it happen that with Gigabyte B450M H you can use Windows 7, but without any drivers at all? Why do this? And what does it depend on (architecture or something else)?
2) how to choose a modern motherboard so as not to run into the problem of drivers on Windows 7 again?

Try some SDI to run.
If it does not help, then stop raping the dead system and keep up with the times.

What for? I want, I can and I will.
It depends only on the desire of the manufacturer. Top offices such as asus and gigabytes do not fool around with the support of old iron, offices where the pipe is lower and the smoke is thinner - it happens and they do.

No way. The manufacturer does not want to support the outdated axis (and whatever one may say, but win7 is outdated, although I like it) - and will not. Of course, there is a way - to come to the gigabyte office with a suitcase of money and say "dudes, I'm a fan of win7, I need firewood for such and such a mother, I pay for everything!"
Well, you can still watch your mother more pozadripanny - there are sometimes strange combinations ...
