Why are modules not showing up in Drupal 7 Configurations?

Greetings!
I install the module on Drupal 7, everything is successful, but it is not displayed in the Configurations and I cannot manage and work with it.
What could be the problem?
PS the rights to the MODULES folder and all the modules it contains are 0777
