Why are meta tags not changing in Wordpress?
The site has the Yoast SEO plugin installed. I edit meta tags, save, click "View changes" - everything is ok. But if you paste the address of this page into the browser and go, there are no changes in the meta tags. Cleared browser cache.

Because the search robot has not yet visited your modified page and has not taken these changes into account in its database. I recommend adding a sitemap to the webmaster and google search console, so search engines will quickly learn about changes to your site
