Why are messages not opening in roundcube?

Yesterday, messages in roundcube webmail stopped opening when logging in through a browser. It enters the mail itself, you can see the messages that came, but when you try to open it, "Loading" is constantly spinning and as a result, nothing. What is interesting in email clients such as Microsoft Outlook 2010-2013 and Mozilla Thunderbird, everything opens fine. What could be the reason? who faced?
The mail server itself rebooted more than once. I didn't touch anything in HmailServer. Just in case, the hmail service on the mail machine (Windows Server 2012) was also stopped and started.
