Why are img not displayed correctly in div, but only from PC when running from hosting and live server?

After a month of learning html and css, I ran into a strange error. When displaying a site from a live server or hosting on a PC, some img in div, or backgrounds are not displayed on the page without a broken image icon. Moreover, sometimes when the computer is restarted, the display of images returns, but when the live server is restarted, img disappears again. When starting a site with index.html, all imgs are displayed correctly. I tried to run a test site through a browser on 2 phones and the img display was normal, but again the img was not visible from the computer, which means that there is no error in the code and the problem is only on the PC. Shift+f5 yuzat - did not help.

Understood, the solution was to add addblock'a live server to the exceptions.
