Why are I/O devices disabled on Asus p8p67 rev 1.02?

periodically during operation, the keyboard and mouse stop working, if we work in a text editor - the cursor stops blinking, everything is replaced except for the motherboard and processor, the problem is detected in different systems (win 7 and ubuntu linux), there are no problems in the system logs. Bios firmware latest off. site. Patterns in arbitrary shutdown were not identified, the mouse and keyboard are connected to different interfaces (usb and ps / 2, respectively).
Current System Configuration:
Motherboard: Asus p8p67 rev 1.02 CPU
: intel core i5 3.3GHz
RAM: Samsung 4GB 2Rx8 - 4 sticks
Video: Asus NGTX450
HDD: SSD kingston 128 GB
WD 1 TB (black series)
Network: integrated ethernet (not used)

I took off everything that was not needed in the work (disconnected the CD and the terabyte, as well as four backlit case coolers) + replaced the vidyukha with a weaker one - the problem was eliminated, there is a suspicion that the 600 W PSU was not enough

@eapeap

iron replaced everything except the motherboard and processor

That is - the computer hangs tightly, and as a result - stops responding to the mouse-clave.
Read here - first recommendations from the header, then further. There is a lot written there.
Comp hangs (hangs, hangs)
