Why are holes with elastic petals needed in the case of the system unit?

The photo of the RAIJINTEK STYX system unit clearly shows round holes in the upper part of the case (indicated by red arrows). Their purpose is not specified either in the documentation or anywhere on the Internet. Why are they? Any wires from / to the housing (a) to pull?
