How to protect your PC from an earthquake?
Are there special cases? I have a tower cooler, it seems to me that during an earthquake it can break the motherboard. Maybe you should take a horizontal case, will it reduce the chances of breakage?
The computer will be located in Japan.

Optimal: A frame (parallelepiped) made of thick strong pipes (without walls, wired) and in its center on moderately elastic springs (8 pcs.) Connecting the corners of the frame and the system unit, fix the unit itself.
SDD drives are a must!
The frame itself - fix it in the corner of the building (or in the corner of two load-bearing walls) from the inside, from below (on the floor).
Optional: install CBO for all parts in need of additional. cooling, or mount the tower cooler to the side wall.
Can just flip the normal caseAn absolutely real option and can be hung on rubber ties (or the same springs in the frame) to cushion and dampen possible vibrations during an earthquake.
