Why are h1 headings not showing on wp?

The site does not display tags h1,h2,h3 And so on. Maybe someone met with this problem? What's the trouble?

You have only one element on your site <h2>Оплата</h2>, if you have more of them in the code, then check the php code, perhaps the error lies there.
PS: It 's not the best idea to display the logo as a background
image<!DOCTYPE html><div></div>
