Why are Google and Apple so concerned about copyright in their stores, while they themselves release and support YT Music and Apple Music?

The following question has matured: why do Google and Apple in their stores (Play Market / App Store) care so much about copyright, while they themselves release and support Youtube Music and Apple Music? After all, there you can find any song that is sold on the same iTunes and Play music? And accordingly, they will not miss analogues of such applications.
