creates a catalog on the site, but the goods do not appear in the catalog

1. upload to a file, see that the upload is in progress.
2. see if the external code of IB and uploads in 1C
match 3. check the store - setting up synchronization with 1c, can 1c create IB itself

• In 1C debug mode, check that the upload goes to the correct site and to the correct directory
  
• Using a network monitor (wireshark, fidler, etc.), check the traffic, that the connection was real, with the correct host, and the upload file was actually transferred
  
• In the Bitrix debug mode, check that the download actually starts and the data file is searched for in the correct directory, and then where the read information is written
