Why are goods not being loaded from TSD?

When uploading to a document, we get the error "Failed to load data. No connection" prntscr.com/ jydo38
The download is performed by pressing the data transfer button on the TSD, and then the download in the document in 1C prntscr.com/jydodj
I will add that the driver license has been purchased.
The problem appeared after replacing the computer. It worked on the old computer, but not on the new one.

Try creating a new hardware setup. Perhaps the name of your old computer is clearly spelled out somewhere. I have never worked with TSD - is there by any chance a white list of addresses configured so that an arbitrary device from the network could not request information from it?
