Why are fonts from google not displayed on the site the first time?

I connected google fonts to the WordPress template, but I ran into a problem that when they enter the site, they can "render" the first time. Sometimes it is treated by resizing the window or turning the device.
The problem occurs in all browsers and platforms. Where to dig?

I have not observed this. If external fonts are displayed incorrectly, use standard font families. Or take the template apart and analyze possible inaccuracies in the code.

If it only showed up in Chrome, then it (it seems in the 35th version, not sure) had a bug related to font rendering. It seems to have been fixed in the latest versions.
