Why are files from the Internet not loading correctly on Chrome on linux?

I use Linux Mint 18, the system works fine, but the Google Chrome browser has problems loading. Absolutely any file is downloaded with the name "download" and no extension like .docx, .doc, .rar, etc. I know that in Linux the file does not need additional extensions, but programs simply cannot open such files.
p.s. There is no such error in Firefox. I think it's a bug in google chrome engine

Until the document is fully downloaded, it will have the download postfix
. After a full download, it is replaced by the native extension.
