Apparently, you have corrected the breadcrumbs template and added a link to the main one in the first paragraphs. And it looks like it was added in a cycle. It turns out that you have this item added cyclically along with another.
Also look at the parameters of the news component. Uncheck Add infobox to navigation chain. Leave only what you need
