Why are emails from contact form 7 only sent from a user with admin rights?

Hello! There is a site on wordpress on which the plug-in for sending emails contact form 7 is installed . Both the engine and the plugin are of the latest versions, but there is a problem: in 2 out of 3 forms, letters are sent and received without any problems, and from the 3rd form, letters are received only from the site administrator, and I don’t see any errors - a message about successful sending appears:

What could be the reason? checked on the hosting, they said that the php mail function is working properly without any errors..

The whole point was that some of the emails got caught by the hosting spam filter - I added the [nospam] instruction to the email subject line and they started getting through! maybe it will be useful for someone
