Why are Django images not showing?

Images are not displayed on my project, the url seems to be correct, the image is correctly downloaded to media.
Blog - application.
djangoBlog is the main application.
MEDIA_ROOT:

MEDIA_URL = '/media/'
MEDIA_ROOT = os.path.join(BASE_DIR, 'media')

Project structure:

The html code in which the image is displayed:
{% extends 'base.html' %}

{% block content %}
    <div class="post">
        {% if post.published_date %}
            <div class="date">
                {{ post.published_date }}
            </div>
        {% endif %}
        {% if user.is_authenticated %}
             <a class="btn btn-default" href="{% url 'post_edit' pk=post.pk %}"><span class="glyphicon glyphicon-pencil"></span></a>
        {% endif %}
        <h1>{{ post.title }}</h1>

urls.py is missing media settings

from django.conf import settings
from django.conf.urls.static import static

urlpatterns = [
    # ... the rest of your URLconf goes here ...
] + static(settings.MEDIA_URL, document_root=settings.MEDIA_ROOT)
