Why are Disqus comments not updating?

Hi all!
For a long time, comments were displayed normally, but recently, new comments are not displayed in the "ALSO ON ..." block. The site is on the VP, the keys are active, I didn’t seem to change it. I climbed into the admin panel, everything converges there.
Maybe someone faced the same problem?
