Good afternoon, for a long time I ran into the problem " Cannot find 'top_item' template with page 'section' " bitrix, everything seems to be clear, there is no section for the top_item template, but the strangest thing is that after magic manipulations (saving the infoblock, clearing the cache - without difference, any actions), starts working, but then everything breaks down again.
Ready-made Bitrix solution .. Please tell me, I have already broken my whole head with this.

в urlrewrite вставляется дубль правила для catalog, его нужно удалять каждый раз, после правки параметров компонента

Most likely you have incorrectly set arParams in one of the components. Because of them, an incorrect cache key is created and away we go.
