Why are Destination goal and Unique Pageview in Google Analytics not the same?

I have a destination target (eg: reg. expression = mysitename\.com\/free-trial\/in-progress).

The problem is that the target and Unique Pageview values for this page do not match. The target value is less than the Unique Pageview in the All pages report in GA (I check this by filtering the report by the target's reg. expression).

What could be the reason?
