Why are computers not showing up on WSUS?

Sorry, maybe I created an extra question, but all the topics I looked at didn’t fit my parameters a little, and no one can really help, are there really no specialists ...
I want to explain my problem to you, and provide it for a joint solution and, accordingly, help me young and beginner Sysadmin)))
Let's move on to the problem.
I was given the task of deploying WSUS on a separate server to update computers in our domain network (Accordingly, there is also a domain controller) (there is no proxy and there was not) I (the first time I encountered such a task).
So, by Google, I deployed WSUS and I succeeded, even scheduled synchronization is performed,
but now, I messed around with group policies on both the WSUS server and the domain controller, BUT all my attempts were in vain.
Not a single PC wants to be displayed, only the WSUS server is displayed in the computers section.
Tell me in which direction to move) What to look for, if necessary, logs and screenshots will be sent to you.
Please do not judge strictly, and if you can help out, help out please)

Everything is clearly described in the manual.
Just in case reg file:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate]
"WUServer"="http://"ip-adres_WSUS":8530"
"WUStatusServer"="http://"ip-adres_WSUS": 8530"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU]

No PC wants to be displayed in any way, only the WSUS server is displayed in the computers section.
WSUS is a system in which clients access the server, and not vice versa.
Tell me which direction to go
Proper client setup. Usually done through GPO. You can manually use Wuauclt.exe and look at the logs on the clients .
Yes, and you also need to look at the log on the server, maybe WSUS itself is not working for you.
Description: http://server-wsus:8530 (no space).

Do you have a workout machine?
Try this registry file, changing the network and server names for yourself (if the port is non-standard, then add it through a colon). Save to file with .reg extension
