Why are comments shifted from useSWR?

Why are comments shifted from useSWR?

I have posts.
I change/delete/add them using mutations (useSWR).
Each post has comments on its id.
Everything would be fine, but when I add a post, the comments under each post are shifted by 1. Are there any ideas in solving this problem?
