Why are *.cmd files not running in the windows scheduler 2012? If you run them from the local admin, then they start. If from the user, then no. The user is included in the Administrators group.

make the script run from the "system" account. Tk if the user is not logged in, then the script will not be executed
look towards the properties and rights of the file itself (Security tab). And in the scheduler there is an opportunity to choose from which user to run your script
Rights corrected. A small clarification, the command in the net stop script is not processed. "System error 5. Access denied."
I recently encountered something similar. In my case, the problem was that I created a user, gave him the necessary rights, but never logged into the system under him.
PS Just in case: on the "General" tab, are the items "Run regardless of user registration" and "Run with highest rights" checked?
