Why are changes not saved in MODX Elements (Template)?

Changes in the Elements (Template) are not saved after the MODX site transfer. I
click "Save" and everything disappears, except for the Save buttons, the changes are not saved after the page is refreshed.

4 config changed paths by echo $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'];.
in the database I changed all the paths
in the logs only:
(ERROR @ /home/ih16/public_html/1e.ru/core/model/modx/modparser.class.php : 540) Could not find snippet with name If.

the cache has been flushed. even removed by hand.
the main thing on openServer is getting up normally...
You should have asked the hoster:
I turned off ModSec on your account. Check now please.

Try resetting your cache and using a different browser.
If there are no changes - reinstall MODX, if it doesn't help - contact your hosting. Business or in MODX or in a host.
