Why are Catalog pages not indexed?

The crux of the matter: there is a catalog at findmeals.com/catalogue/. Yandex does not index it at all - a screen from the webmaster: joxi.ru/Vm657eGIxeaBnr
The catalog was introduced on the site in July, but so far Yandex knows only about 17 pages, although there are a lot of them.

What to do? I would be grateful for advice :)

If I'm not mistaken, in your robots.txt directory is prohibited from indexing.
The tag is also affixed
What does it mean to crawl but not index.
