Tell us more about how to register an individual on Google Play to sell applications? How to make sure that money is transferred to a regular Sberbank Mastercard? When registering, it prompts you to enter company data, website, and so on. I don't have an organization and I don't have a website.

You do not need to enter either a website or a company. Enough data of your card, address, well, everything that is asked there.
